This notice concerns personal information used for the Xaviar's Vendors storefront. Requests concerning your personal information may be sent to the support email above.
Information and purposes
The public contact form collects your name, email, message and an optional phone number so your enquiry can be answered. Providing contact information is necessary if you want a reply; avoid including information unrelated to the enquiry. The website uses Shopify hosting and storefront functions, which process technical information needed to provide those services. The purchase preview stores selections in your browser; a preview is not a completed order.
Orders, payment and digital delivery
If sales open, order information such as your checkout email, purchased products and order reference will be needed to administer your purchase, provide support and supply the purchased PDF access. Shopify Digital Products is installed and the PDFs are attached. The complete payment-to-email delivery process is not yet verified.
PayFast is the intended payment provider, but approval and live integration are not confirmed. We do not represent that it is currently processing customer payments. Before payments are enabled, the final provider's data processing and applicable notices must be reflected accurately in this policy.
Services and access records
Shopify operates the storefront platform and Digital Products delivery service. The Digital Products service can record order-associated download activity, including time, IP address, browser or user-agent and referring page, for delivery administration and support. Relevant information may also be used to investigate an access problem, refund request or suspected misuse. Any supplier you choose to contact through a PDF acts under its own practices; check its privacy terms before providing personal information.
Retention and privacy requests
Retention must be limited to the enquiry, order, support, dispute and legal recordkeeping purposes that apply. Requests for access, correction, objection or deletion may be emailed to Sahlzrr21@gmail.com; include enough information to identify the relevant record without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. Requests must be assessed in accordance with applicable law, including any lawful obligation to keep a record. No automatic deletion schedule or unverified security guarantee is promised.
Your rights and complaints
Applicable privacy law may give you rights to access and correct information, object to processing or request deletion, subject to lawful limits. You may raise concerns with us or lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator. Its current contact and complaint channels are available on that official website.
